At pabitra.online, we aim to deliver high-quality digital services (Graphic Design, Video Editing, Web Development, Marketing, etc.). Due to the nature of digital and creative services, refunds are handled under the following terms:
1. No Refund on Completed Services
- Once a project is delivered and approved, payments are non-refundable.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be granted if:
- The service was not delivered as agreed.
- Work was not started within the promised timeframe.
- A technical issue on our side prevented delivery.
3. Partial Refunds
If a project is canceled midway (before final delivery), we may offer a partial refund based on the amount of work already completed.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after approval.
- Delay caused by client (late feedback, missing files, etc.).
- Services purchased during promotions or discounts.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@pabitra.online within 7 days of payment. Refund requests will be reviewed within 5–7 business days.
