3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate project requirements and necessary materials on time.
- Review and approve drafts or revisions promptly.
- Respect timelines by providing timely feedback.
4. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables.
- We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio (unless agreed otherwise).
- Source files may be delivered at additional cost if not included in package.
5. Revisions
- Minor revisions are included as per the agreed package.
- Additional revisions beyond scope may incur extra charges.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by client or third parties.
7. Termination
- We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are violated.
- Client may terminate a project at any time, subject to Refund Policy.
